Greg Flicek is a recognized leader in healthcare finance with a career spanning public accounting, operational strategy, and national consulting. His experience includes roles at a large health system, The Advisory Board Company, and Ascendient, where he focused on improving financial performance, strategic modeling, and long-term planning for health systems and standalone hospitals.

Greg has also taught over 25 undergraduate and graduate-level courses in accounting and business strategy, earning a reputation for making complex financial topics accessible to diverse audiences. Whether designing benchmarking tools, advising healthcare executives, or building financial education programs, his work is rooted in a singular mission: to make healthcare finance more understandable, actionable, and impactful.
